When the Village Dances was born from that question.
Inspired by the communities of Leicester,
this story explores how culture, memory, and belonging
can transform strangers into neighbours.
It is a celebration of Carnival - not simply as a festival,
but as a living expression of memory, resilience, community, and joy.
