1. General Safety
Your safety is our priority. All attendees must follow instructions from Tribe Leaders, venue staff, and third‑party guides. If you feel unwell, unsafe, or uncomfortable at any point, please speak to a Tribe Leader immediately.
2. Activity Safety
Some activities may involve physical movement, outdoor environments, or third‑party suppliers. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and ability to participate. Safety equipment must be used when provided, and all instructions must be followed.
3. Personal Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, decisions, and behaviour during events and trips. Tribe of Travelers is not liable for lost items, personal choices made during free time, or risks taken outside of organised activities.
4. Alcohol & Behaviour
If alcohol is consumed, attendees must do so responsibly. Aggressive behaviour, harassment, or actions that put others at risk will not be tolerated. Tribe Leaders may remove individuals from events or trips without refund if behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive.
5. Travel Safety
For trips involving travel, attendees must ensure they have the correct documents, insurance, and personal medication. Weather conditions, transportation delays, and third‑party services are outside of our control, and attendees participate at their own risk.
6. Emergencies
In an emergency, follow the instructions of Tribe Leaders and local authorities. Emergency procedures may vary depending on the venue or destination. Always keep your phone charged and accessible during events and trips.
