In the unlikely event Tribe of Travelers have to cancel a trip, for any reason, we will offer our tribal members and clients the following options: A transfer, free of charge, to any future date at the same destination​ A transfer, free of charge, to any future date to a different destination of the same value  A transfer, free of charge, to any future date to a different destination of a different value - you pay the difference Please read in detail our Book with Confidence page on our website for more information about trip preparation, insurance and safety. They are in relation to Tribe of Travelers LTD – Company Number 15713872 Deposits Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances. Deposits are a member‑only perk and secure your place on the excursion. Non‑Members must pay the full amount at the time of booking. Installments (Members Only) Installments must be completed no later than 30 days before departure. Failure to complete installment payments will result in automatic cancellation with no refund. Client Cancellations If you cancel your booking: More than 60 days before departure: You may transfer your booking to another date or destination free of charge. 30–60 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is non‑refundable. Less than 30 days before departure: The full trip cost is non‑refundable. No‑Shows If you do not arrive for departure, the full trip cost is non‑refundable. Minimum Group Size All excursions require a minimum of 8–10 guests. If the minimum is not met, Tribe of Travelers will offer: A free transfer to a future date A free transfer to a different destination of equal value A transfer to a higher‑value destination (you pay the difference) A full refund if no alternative is suitable Travel Insurance All guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
