Our Carnival Warm-Up Party isn't simply a night out.

It's the moment our online community becomes real.

Names become faces.

And strangers begin becoming Tribe.

Some people will walk through the doors already knowing everyone.

Others will arrive completely alone.

By the end of the evening...

That difference usually disappears.

Because that's what Friendly Fridays has always been about.

Laughing with people they only met that evening.

That's when I know the Global Village is becoming real.

Because belonging isn't something we can create for people.

We simply create the space where it has room to grow.
