In the unlikely event we have to cancel an excursion, you are protected: ​

A transfer, free of charge, to any future date at the same destination​

A transfer, free of charge, of any future date to a different destination of a different value - you just pay the difference

We're more expensive than the average travel group because we focus on quality and luxury. Our events are designed to offer bespoke experiences that are immersive and authentic.​

Our excursion are designed for small groups, allowing you to split the cost of a luxury transportation, meals and venues so you can experience unique, well-detailed excursions. This could include private boat ride, direct access to waterfront, hot tubs with amazing scenic views.
​
All of our experiences include a travel host to make sure you are satisfied, a private driver to get you to the destination and back, a videographer/photographer to capture all the memories and a local guide to share with you the history of the location.

Some excursions include a local private chef to prepare delicious authentic meals and a concierge to serve you drinks and cater to your every need.

Need a bit of help in choosing the best excursion for you? Our Travel Advisors are on hand 24/7 to ensure you have all the inspiration and guidance you need through the booking process. ​

Know exactly where you want to go? Simply select the desired date on your dream destination and book your spot. Tribe Members have the perk of paying in installments by placing a 25% deposit to secure their spot.

Once you've paid for your event, just wait for our email confirmation (normally this is within 24 hours).

Your Event Is Guaranteed
Before embarking on your excursion we will be in contact with you and other tribal members to let you know your trip is guaranteed. Now it's our job to make your adventure as stress-free as possible, so we'll assign you a dedicated Travel Host. This will be your go-to person for any queries you may have, and they'll be able to offer bespoke travel advice before and during your event. ​

Now's the time to register your important personal information. If any problems arise, just ring us and we'll sort it out quickly for you.

The Run Up: Key Milestones
4 WEEKS TO GO: The exciting part - you'll receive your login details to the Tribe of Travelers Website. This gives you access to exclusive travel information and tips, which only becomes available once you're booked. ​
​
2 WEEKS TO GO: We'll invite you to join our WhatsApp group, where you can chat to fellow travelers. Introduce yourself and get to know each other a little, as you prepare for the big day.
​
DEPARTURE: Now you just need to turn up at the pick-up location in London and begin your amazing Tribe of Traveler Weekend Excursion.
